Job Summary

n

Adarsh Developers is looking for a finance qualified with robust accounting,

n

reporting, and audit experience in the real estate / construction industry. The role

n

involves end-to-end financial reporting, audit coordination, and financial analysis at

n

project, company, and group levels.

n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

 Review General Ledger and Trial Balance along with supporting schedules.

n

 Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual P&L;, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow at project,

n

company & group level.

n

 Handle intercompany and inter-branch reconciliations.

n

 Support finalization of accounts and coordinate audits (Statutory/Tax/Internal)

n

 Assist in financial planning, cost analysis, MIS, and management reporting.

n





 Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely reporting and audit requirements.

n

 Ensure compliance with IND-AS / GAAP / statutory and tax regulations.

n

 Support process improvements and system-driven reporting.

n

n

Requirements & Qualifications

n

 CA Article ship experience in Real Estate / Construction industry is

n

mandatory.

n

 Robust working knowledge of IND-AS / GAAP / taxation.

n

 Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP S/4 HANA or other ERP

n

systems.

n

 Experience in handling audits and interacting with auditors.

n

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

n

 Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
