Role & responsibilities
Translate complex business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable backend systems and services
Own the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirement analysis to production deployment
Build high-quality, extensible, and maintainable applications while ensuring timely delivery
Drive adoption and evolution of engineering best practices, coding standards, and development tools
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams to deliver effective solutions
Lead architecture and design discussions and provide end-to-end technical solutions
Drive continuous improvement in product, process, and technology
Manage and participate in bug triage, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution
Monitor product quality, performance, and delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Stay current with emerging technologies, open-source frameworks, and industry trends




Contribute to reusable frameworks, standards, and solution methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development. Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns
Proven experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
Strong experience with SOA / microservices architecture and N-tier application development
Good understanding of database design, SQL optimization, and development using MySQL / MariaDB
Experience with messaging and queueing platforms such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar
Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-optimization skills.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices
Ability to work independently and thrive in a quick-paced, startup-like environment.
