About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Custom Software Engineer with solid expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable software solutions using AJO and related Adobe technologies. The role involves working with multiple teams, understanding business requirements, providing technical solutions, and contributing to process improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Develop and customize software components based on business requirements.
Analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on technical decisions.
Follow Agile software development methodologies.
Participate in solution design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.




Identify and implement process improvements to enhance software quality and team productivity.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide scalable, maintainable solutions.
Mentor junior team members and support knowledge-sharing activities.
Act as an SME and contribute to project-level technical decisions.
Work with HTML and CSS for relevant development and customization requirements.
Collaborate with Adobe teams/platforms and contribute to implementation best practices.

Must-Have Skills
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
5+ years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience in AJO designing and implementation
Robust software development and solution-design experience
Agile methodology
HTML
CSS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders

Good-to-Have Skills
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Experience with Adobe ecosystem and customer experience solutions
