Job Summary

As part of the continued growth of our Electrical Business Line, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to drive our TDE (Transmission & Distribution Equipment) business with a robust focus on ASTA Certification services.

n

The candidate will be responsible for developing current business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting Intertek's testing and certification solutions across the LV and MV switchgear market.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Develop and expand the TDE business across India with a primary focus on ASTA Certification services.
n
Identify and generate recent business opportunities within the LV and MV switchgear manufacturing industry.
n
Promote Intertek's testing, certification, and inspection services, including ASTA Certification, IEC 61439, IEC 62271, and other applicable standards.
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with OEMs, panel builders, consultants, EPC contractors, utilities, and key decision-makers.
n
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
n




Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
n
Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
n
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
n
Represent Intertek at industry exhibitions, seminars, webinars, and customer events.

We are Looking for You With

n

Qualification: BE or B Tech in Electrical OR MBA

n

Relevant Experience: 3+ years of experience

n

Expertise

n

n
Strong understanding of the electrical switchgear industry (LV/MV).
n
Good knowledge of switchgear products and applicable IEC standards.
n
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
n
Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
n
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
n
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
