Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Acquisition:
n

Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, building long-term, trust-based relationships.
n
Handle Inbound leads promptly and convert prospects into site visits and final buyers.
n
Understand client requirements, investment goals, and budgets to recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
n
Property Tours & Presentations:
n
Organize and conduct property site visits, virtual tours, and project presentations for clients.
n
Highlight key features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal/regulatory details of properties accurately.
n
Sales & Negotiation:
n
Guide clients through price negotiations, booking processes, and paperwork.
n




Coordinate with internal sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
n
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
n

Key Requirements & Qualifications

n

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
n
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive / Manager or Consultant in the real estate sector .
n
Skills:
n
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
n
Solid customer-centric mindset with high emotional intelligence.
n
Ability to work in a target-driven, rapid-paced environment.
n
Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed.
