Job Description

We're building a large-scale recycling platform focused on recovering maximum value from end-of-life materials. You'll work directly with the founders to develop the technology and turn it into a commercially scalable operation.

Role

n

• Work directly with the founders on technology and operations

n

• Develop and improve material recovery processes

n

• Work across mechanical, thermal, and chemical processes

n

• Take processes from lab → pilot → commercial plant

n

• Improve recovery, purity, efficiency, and cost

n

• Work with machinery and technology vendors

n

• Support plant design, commissioning, and operations

n

• Troubleshoot technical and operational problems

n

• Help build SOPs and improve day-to-day plant performance

n

• Research and develop recent ways to recover valuable materials

n

Qualifications

n

• Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering,



or related field

n

• Preferably 3+ years of experience in e-waste, recycling, resource recovery, or related industries

n

• Experience with hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, or separation processes

n

• Hands-on experience with pilot plants, process design, or plant operations

n

• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills

n

• Comfortable working with vendors, machines, and plant teams

n

• High ownership and willingness to work in a quick-moving startup environment

n

• Preference will be given to candidates from top-tier engineering institutes and colleges

n

Ideal Candidate

n

An engineer + operator who can understand the technology, solve problems on the ground, and work directly with the founders to build and scale the plant.
