Owners pay a booking fee to schedule a diagnosis call with our founder. This role owns everything that happens between the booking and the call.Responsibilities•⁠ ⁠Call every booked prospect ahead of their appointment to confirm attendance•⁠ ⁠Send pre-call material by WhatsApp and email•⁠ ⁠Rebook anyone who misses their appointment•⁠ ⁠Work through the existing list of prospects who have paid and not yet scheduled•⁠ ⁠Maintain the daily tracking sheet accurately•⁠ ⁠Report daily on calls made, connected and bookedRequirements•⁠ ⁠Clear spoken English, comfortable speaking with senior business people by phone•⁠ ⁠Calm,



qualified telephone manner•⁠ ⁠Solid organisation and reliable follow-up•⁠ ⁠Stable internet connection and a quiet place to workPreferred but not requiredPrevious experience in customer service, coordination, or inside sales.
