Job Title: Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Onsite)

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Indian Business Hours

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper with solid QuickBooks Online expertise to manage full-cycle bookkeeping for US-based clients . The role involves account reconciliations, cleanup of historical accounting records, preparation of adjusting journal entries, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate workpapers .

The ideal candidate should have experience handling reconciliation backlogs , investigating accounting discrepancies , maintaining general ledger accuracy , and working directly with clients. Robust Excel skills and a solid understanding of accrual accounting, prepaids,



fixed assets, depreciation, inventory, and COGS are essential. Experience supporting sales tax, payroll, and 1099 processes is preferred.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience

• Advanced QuickBooks Online experience

• Solid account reconciliation and cleanup experience

• Adjusting journal entries and financial reporting

• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH)

• Excellent written English communication

• Experience working with US clients preferred
