Job Description:

We are hiring for Operation Manager for Indore.
Experience - 5+ yrs
Salary - 3 LPA to 4.8 LPA

Responsibilities:-
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of industrial products.
Ensure proper inventory levels for all industrial products, balancing supply and demand to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to secure the best prices and lead times for industrial products.
Reporting & Data Analysis.
Prepare and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and effective cost control
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirement:-
Bechalor's degree in Mechanical.
Robust leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards related to industrial products and distribution.
