With a proven track record in CXO and leadership hiring, we are now looking to strengthen our growth engine by onboarding a seasoned professional who can take ownership of business development and drive expansion in emerging markets - SemiConductor, PCB, CleanTech, Energy Transition, Defence & Aerospace, ClimateTech, Specialist Chemicals, Digital Infrastrcuture, EPC, Robotics, Drones, Artifical Intelligence, Data Centers, Cyber Security, Building Material and others.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Head – Business Development / Client Acquisition who will take the baton and lead from the front in acquiring new clients. The individual will work closely with the Co-founder and play a critical role in scaling the firm’s client portfolio, especially within emerging market segments.

Key Responsibilities
Drive recent client acquisition and expand ABP’s footprint in emerging industries
Build and leverage strong relationships with CXOs, CHROs,



and top management stakeholders
Identify and onboard retained search mandates
Develop and execute strategic business development plans
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of mandates
Represent ABP in the market with strong credibility and thought leadership

Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience in Executive Search / Recruitment / closely related domains
Proven track record in client acquisition and business development
Robust network with senior leadership (CXO/CHRO level)
Experience working with or within an Executive Search firm is highly preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
