Job Description:

Position: Section Manager - Dispatch

Location: Bhilad near by Vapi

Experience: 3 – 5 Year

Industries: FMCG

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end dispatch and finished goods operations.
Plan daily dispatches as per sales orders and production schedules.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Transporters.
Ensure accurate loading, documentation, invoicing and e-way bills.
Monitor vehicle planning, route optimization and timely deliveries.
Manage inventory, stock reconciliation and dispatch records.
Handle ERP/SAP transactions and MIS reporting.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company procedures.
Lead and manage the dispatch team and contract manpower.
Track transporter performance, freight costs and delivery issues.




Drive process improvement and minimize dispatch errors/delays.
