Strategic Partnerships Lead/ Business Development Executive Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: MBA (Marketing, Business Development, Strategy or related field preferred)
Travel: Required as per business needs
We are looking for a dynamic qualified to support business growth by building partnerships with universities, colleges, corporates, pharmaceutical companies, government institutions, and industry associations.
The candidate will work closely with the CEO and be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, generating leads, coordinating meetings, preparing proposals, managing stakeholder relationships, and converting prospects into successful business collaborations.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking,



events, referrals, and research.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership documents.
Track leads, proposals, MoUs, and business opportunities.
Support LinkedIn activities, content coordination, and qualified networking.
Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Corporate Relations, or B2B Sales.
Lead generation and relationship management experience.
Familiarity with LinkedIn networking and professional communication.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
