About the Role:

n

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage sales operations in Lucknow and nearby regions. The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building strong retailer/wholesaler networks, and ensuring the brand’s presence in the cosmetics & personal care market.

Key responsibilities:

n
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
n
Appoint, train, and manage distributors, stockists, and retailers.
n
Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning & execution.
n
Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market.
n




Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
n
Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers & beauty advisors.
n
Manage, motivate, and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors’ team.
n
Ensure visibility and availability of products across modern trade & general trade.
n
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

n

n

n
Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred)
n
Experience: 6+ years in Cosmetics sales with at least 2 years handling Lucknow / Uttar Pradesh region.
n
Strong distributor & retailer network knowledge in Lucknow.
n
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
n
