_Job Description:_

We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and sales-driven professionals to be a part of a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have solid B2C sales experience, excellent customer handling skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

n

_Role Responsibilities:_

n

• Drive sales through direct customer interactions and various sales initiatives.

n

• Handle prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable solutions.

n

• Generate business through direct enquiries, leads, and customer references.

n

• Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate product/project offerings.

n

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

n

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a seamless buying experience.

n





• Negotiate and finalize transactions with prospective clients.

n

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely conversions.

n

• Develop solid market understanding and stay updated with industry trends.

n

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards overall business growth.

n

_Desired Profile:_

n

• PGs Preferred but Graduates with strong B2C Sales Or Real Estate experience with exceptional English Comms can be considered

n

• 2 to 3 years of Hardcore B2C Sales Experience is MUST

n

• Minimum 1 to 2 years stability in each organization is desired

n

• Candidates from Central & Navi Mumbai locations only. Western Line candidates will not be considered.

n

• Open to candidates from all industries with robust B2C sales exposure.

n

• Candidates from Real Estate should have exp with Renowned Developers Only (NO CP or Mandate Firms)

n

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

n

• Confident, presentable, and target-oriented individuals with a passion for sales.

n
