Must have knowledge of different fare and routing, good communication skills, Good Travel geographical knowledge Maintaining high accuracy, productivity standards and should have willingness to learn. Will have Interaction with clients through email for query resolution and should build and maintain good working Relationships with customers. Participate in process improvement initiatives, be flexible and change ready in a dynamic work workplace.

Qualifications
