Role Summary

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager – Health Insurance to lead and drive field sales operations in Rohtak. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in insurance sales, proven team-handling capabilities, and a track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.
n
Drive the team toward achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
n
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve productivity.
n
Manage day-to-day field sales operations and ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
n
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective action plans wherever required.
n
Identify current business opportunities through market analysis and competitor tracking.
n
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.

Drive business growth and maintain consistent sales performance across the assigned territory.

Eligibility Criteria

n

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
n
Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.
n
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing Field Sales teams.
n
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
n
Positive understanding of the Rohtak/Haryana market and local customer landscape.
n
Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales environment.
