Role & responsibilities
Design and implement electrical systems for pumping stations, treatment plants, and sewerline projects.
Supervise installation of motors, panels, transformers, switchgear, and control systems.
Ensure proper wiring, cabling, and earthing for heavyduty equipment and underground utilities.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of pumps, motors, and electrical equipment.
Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and pipeline teams for seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with PWD/CPWD norms, municipal standards, and safety regulations.
Prepare BOQs, electrical drawings, and assist in tender documentation.
Monitor site activities to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and energy efficiency.
Train and guide technicians and site staff on electrical safety and operational procedures.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply).
1015 years of experience in water supply, sewerline, or infrastructure projects.
Handson knowledge of pumping stations, treatment plants, motors, panels, transformers, and switchgear.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, PLC, SCADA, ETAP, MATLAB, and MS Office.
Familiarity with PWD/CPWD norms, municipal standards, and tender documentation.
Solid skills in site supervision, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Ability to coordinate with civil, mechanical, and pipeline teams for project execution.
Excellent problemsolving, communication, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites in Bhopal & Morena.
