Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
Configure and customize HR Case Management, Employee Center, and HR Agent Workspace.
Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, and automations using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and production issues.

Required Skills
Robust experience in ServiceNow platform development.
Hands-on experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
Experience with Employee Center and HR Agent Workspace.
Expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
Knowledge of Scoped Applications and App Engine development.
Experience in scripting including JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
Understanding of ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Robust troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
