Mustafa Developers is hiring for Assistant Manager HR and Admin in Islamabad Dha Phase-Ii.

What you will do
Human Resources.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

What you need
Bachelor's or master's degree in one of the listed fields.
Human Resource Management.
Business Administration.
Or a related discipline.
HR certifications such as CIPD, CHRP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Job type: Full time
Pay: Rs 75,000 - Rs 85,000 a month
