Education:
a. Graduate in any discipline with at least 1 year/6 months of work experience.
Responsibilities:
a. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of his/her daily activities
b. Prepare the reports and share with supervisor on daily with 100% accuracy
c. Should be an excellent team player and positive co- ordination within the team
d. Understand the business requirement clearly
e. Keep track of his/her daily deliverables and process

Skills:
1 year/6 months of experience in HR Operations
Intermediate level Excel skills {lookups, data analysis, pivots, functions (logical, mathematical, date and text)}
Excellent coordination within the team,
Maintain 100% accuracy & TAT
Ability to perform under pressure and ability to think and find solutions under challenging deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Adaptable, adaptable, and dedicated to meeting expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
