1 3 years of experience in DAM administration, digital asset operations, or a closely related field.
Solid attention to detail for visual QC and filename/metadata compliance.
Familiarity with creative production workflows - retouching, PDPs, campaign assets.
Comfort with high-volume asset ingestion and batch operations.
Basic understanding of metadata schemas and controlled vocabularies.
Experience working within a DAM platform (Orange Logic, Canto, Bynder, or similar).
Experience with Capture One
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
Familiarity with file formats across photography, video, and design (RAW, TIFF, PSD, MP4, etc.).
Openness to learning and adopting emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools for asset management.
Solid written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work across time zones with US-based creative and marketing teams.
High speed internet for downloading and uploading assets
