Role & responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages to customers.
Set, transparent and maintain tables properly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Assist customers with their requests and provide positive customer service.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth restaurant operations.
Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene procedures.
Assist senior stewards and other restaurant staff when required.
Maintain a positive, polite and professional attitude.
Working time: 10.30 AM to 3.30 PM
Break: 3.30 PM to 6.30 PM
Evening: 6.30 PM to 11 PM
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates from North or Northeast India are preferred.
