Job Summary

Lead design and development of 5G features in CU domain in RAN product

Develop and maintain the CU protocol stack components.

Responsibilities
Drive technical discussions, provide mentorship to junior engineers and ensure software quality through code reviews and design validation.
Participate in feature planning,design analysis , codingand system level debugging

Requirements
Robust hands-on experience in development and design of RAN product /features in CU .
Hands-on experience in one or more of RRC, RRM, OAM,PDCP,NG-AP,X2AP,XnAP, F1AP, YANG, Netconf models.
Knowledge on RAN, oRAN, dis-aggregated RAN architecture, CU software, CU OAM, virtualization technologies.
Solid understanding of 3gpp specifications
Valuable knowledge on ORAN interfaces, Data path design implementation
Design and implementation experience on SA, NSA and EN-DC, CA features
C/C++,



Software design, development
Exposure to AI tools and adoption of AI driven development
Hands on experience on different test tools, simulators- should be able to script test cases using various scripts.
Excellent skills in problem solving, leading technical task forces, design workshops, communication, co-ordination, requirements management.
Authoring design documents/ grooming scrum user stories/BL items.
Customer issues analysis using various logs, such as, development/Wireshark logs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mentoring to other engineers in team.
Candidates with B. Tech./ M. Tech. in C.SC/ ECE or allied streams.
