Role & responsibilities
Manage vendor relationships and vendor management activities.
Handle end-to-end procurement and purchasing processes.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
Conduct price and commercial negotiations with suppliers.
Generate and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and related documentation.
Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project/production requirements.
Evaluate vendors based on quality, cost, delivery, and reliability.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
