Greet and assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and silver jewellery.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and schemes.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness.
Handle billing support and coordinate with the cashier.
Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business.
Ensure proper handling and safety of jewellery inventory.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Preferred candidate profile




15 years of experience in jewellery retail sales (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work on weekends and during festival seasons.
Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery will be an added advantage.
