Role & responsibilities:
Own the recruiting function spanning Tech and Non-Tech disciplines.
Provide real-time status on all open requirements.
Agree on recruitment strategy and ensure execution of the same.
Offer seamless Candidate experience.
Hands-on recruitment with sourcing skills on all leading job-boards and social platforms.
Work with Business Leaders to arrive at reasonable timelines to fulfil critical open positions.
Owner of Employer Branding.
Be the advisor to hiring managers to provide guidance and expertise to hire the best talent.

Preferred candidate profile:
Excellent communication.
Common Sense.
Interpersonal skills.
Multi-tasker.
Experience in Recruitment is a must.
Willingness to learn and work in a growing environment.
Agency experience preferred
