Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale programs or complex projects in an Agile/Scrum environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Rally.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end IT projects/programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders.
Track and report project progress, risks, and dependencies using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure team adherence to Agile best practices.
Ensure alignment with business goals and manage change effectively.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.

Experience




Total Experience: 7 to 10 years
Relevant Experience: Minimum 6 years in IT project management
Agile Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing projects in Agile/Scrum environments
Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Rally, or similar Agile PM tools

Key Skills
6+ years of program or large-scale IT project management experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum settings
Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Rally
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Certifications (Preferred)
Secure Program Consultant (SPC)
Secure Agilist (SA)
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
