Role & responsibilities

Drive HR Operations Excellence and AI-led HR Transformation, combining solid HR Shared Services expertise with digital automation to improve efficiency and employee experience.
Lead HR Shared Services / HR Operations across employee lifecycle, onboarding, benefits, payroll interface and compliance.
Drive AI-led HR transformation using Microsoft Copilot, AI agents and intelligent automation.
Automate HR workflows including onboarding, employee queries, policies, leave & attendance and lifecycle processes.
Drive digital transformation across HR Shared Servicesreducing manual work and improving selfservice adoption.
Integrate automation with HRIS / SAP SuccessFactors.
Identify and deliver process digitisation, self-service and productivity improvements.




Partner with HR Tech, IT & Digital teams on transformation initiatives.
Drive change management, adoption and governance across HR operations.

Must-Have
Proven HR transformation & process automation experience.
Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Copilot / AI / intelligent automation.
Robust HRIS / SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Robust understanding of HR processes, compliance and governance.
Ability to translate HR problems into AIenabled solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
