Job Type: Full-Time Contract Remote

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP FSM Consultant to join our SAP practice. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SAP Field Service Management, integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and experience in customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities :
Implement and configure SAP FSM based on business requirements
Integrate SAP FSM with backend SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC)
Design end-to-end service processes for field operations including dispatching, scheduling, mobile access, and reporting
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs
Provide support during all project phases: blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and hypercare
Train end-users and support change management
Collaborate with technical teams for data integration and custom developments

Technical Skills Required :
Solid experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM)




Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud and C/4HANA is a plus
Experience with SAP FSM mobile app configuration
Integration experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA/ECC) using SAP BTP, PI/PO, or CPI
Familiarity with FSM Core, Planning & Dispatching, Smartforms, and Smartflow

Functional Knowledge :
Field service operations
Work order management
Resource planning and dispatching
Customer service processes
Asset management

Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
SAP Certification in FSM or C/4HANA is a plus
Robust communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have :
Experience in Utilities, Manufacturing, or Telecom domain
Knowledge of FSM analytics and reporting
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
