Field Engineer - Roads
Support planning, execution, and quality control of road construction and maintenance works.
Supervise day-to-day site activities related to roadworks.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, design specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, and progress at site.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth field execution.
Identify site issues and support timely resolution.
Maintain site records, progress updates, and quality documentation.

Field Engineer - Civil Structures
Oversee and support execution of structural works at project sites.
Ensure structural components are constructed as per approved drawings and design specifications.
Monitor quality, safety, and progress of structural activities.




Supervise site works related to foundations, RCC structures, retaining structures, culverts, bridges, or related civil structures.
Coordinate with contractors, design teams, and project stakeholders.
Ensure work is completed within project timelines and required quality standards.
Identify and report site deviations, risks, or technical issues.
Maintain proper site records, inspection reports, and progress documentation.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering.
