Experienced Telecalling Executive Real Estate
We are looking for experienced Telecalling Executives to join our growing real estate sales team in Goa. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in telecalling, customer handling, lead generation, or real estate sales, with robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and provide project information.
Explain project features, pricing, offers, and other relevant details.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
Achieve daily calling, lead-generation, and site-visit targets.
Build robust relationships with prospective customers.
Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
