Indian Weaves & Wear LLP is a Jaipur-based garment manufacturer with 25+ years of manufacturing expertise, specializing in uniforms, formalwear, tailored garments, and design-led apparel development for domestic and international clients.

Role & Responsibilities
Identify and approach new B2B clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, exhibitions, and market research.
Generate qualified leads and develop current business opportunities.
Handle client enquiries and understand their product requirements.
Prepare and send quotations, presentations, and proposals.
Regularly follow up with prospects and convert leads into orders.




Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
Manage and update the sales pipeline/CRM.
Support LinkedIn, email marketing, and other B2B marketing activities.
Coordinate with merchandising, design, costing, and production teams.
Research recent markets, potential buyers, and competitors.

Requirements
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in B2B sales, client acquisition, and follow-ups.
Proactive, organised, and target-oriented.
Knowledge of garments/textiles is preferred.
1–3 years of Sales/Marketing experience preferred; strong freshers may apply.Role & responsibilities
