Job Summary
Seeking a skilled and aspiring Global Template Owner for SAP Quality Management (QM) within SAP S/4HANA. This role is responsible for developing and governing the global quality management template supporting inspection, compliance, manufacturing quality, and supplier quality processes.
Key Responsibilities Template Design and Governance
Define global quality management standards.
Govern SAP QM template.
Standardize inspection and quality processes.
Ensure regulatory compliance.
Implementation and Rollout
Lead QM implementations.
Coordinate testing and validation.
Support user adoption.
Team-oriented Engagement
Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehouse, and Regulatory Affairs.
Gather business requirements.
Standardize quality processes globally.
Preferred Skills
FDA/GxP regulated environments.
SAP S/4HANA migration.
Integration with:
PP
MM
WM/EWM
FICO
Common Competencies (Applicable to All Modules)
Demonstrated experience in designing and governing global SAP S/4HANA templates.
Robust project management skills with a proven track record of delivering SAP transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills across global organizations.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and globally distributed environment.
Experience working with Agile, SAP Activate, or hybrid implementation methodologies.
Common Working Conditions
Occasional domestic and international travel may be required to support global deployments and business engagement.
Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones.
Participation in critical project milestones, production support, and global governance forums as needed.
