We’re looking for an employee-centric HRBP to partner with business leaders and drive employee engagement, retention, grievance handling, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll inputs & coordination
Timesheet tracking & closure
HRMS data & compliance
Employee lifecycle management
Grievance handling & employee engagement
Onboarding, induction & exit processes
BU & stakeholder coordination
Weekly HR trackers & reporting
Employee connect & retention initiatives

Requirements:
2–4 years of HRBP experience
Robust communication & stakeholder management
Hands-on employee relations experience
Valuable knowledge of HR policies & processes
Proficiency in MS Office & Excel
Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
