HR Executive (HR Operations & Recruitment)

Payroll: CIEL HR Services Limited
Target Joining Date: Immediate Deployment.

Preferred Profile: Male Candidate

Purpose The CIEL Implant Executive will act as the dedicated on-site Human Resources point of contact deployed at Blue Star Ltd in Hyderabad. The resource will manage end-to-end recruitment, handle daily HR operations, and seamlessly bridge communication between CIEL corporate and Blue Star management.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Drive full-cycle recruitment for engineering, construction, sales, and project-based roles at Blue Star.
Multi-Channel Sourcing: Source qualified profiles utilizing job portals (Naukri.com, Job Hai), skilled networks, and employee referrals.
Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial HR vetting, schedule technical panel rounds, and manage the candidate pipeline.
HR Operations & Onboarding
Joining Formalities: Oversee day-one documentation, issue offer layouts via CIEL, and coordinate structural induction for recent hires.
Database & MIS Management:



Maintain error-free candidate trackers, attendance registers, and monthly recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, drop-out rates).
Off-Role Compliance: Support the site administrator with statutory compliance and basic labor law documentation for off-role staff.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Partner Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between Blue Star hiring managers and the CIEL HR operations delivery team.
Multilingual Grievance Redressal: Provide real-time operational support and answer queries for local employees fluently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid experience handling blended profiles in Recruitment & HR Operations.
Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory for local partner & workforce management).
Technical Savvy: High proficiency in handling Advanced Excel, HRIS, or recruitment ATS workflows.
Core Competencies: Robust salary negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence, and excellent problem-solving capacity.
