Shortlist and submit relevant profiles to clients or hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers/databases.
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, documentation, and offer processes.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
Maintain solid candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Meet recruitment targets, turnaround time (TAT), and quality benchmarks.
Stay updated on IT technologies, market trends, salary levels, and talent availability.
