About the RoleThe Organic World is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Staff to support daily store operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in the store.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Ensure proper product display, shelf replenishment, and merchandising.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
Check product quality, expiry dates, and stock availability.
Assist in inventory management and stock counting activities.
Support billing and POS operations when required.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Ensure adherence to store SOPs and company policies.
Coordinate with the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.




Requirements6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail store, supermarket, grocery, or FMCG retail setting.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of billing and store operations.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Kannada and basic English communication preferred.
