Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor debt recovery agents and their performance.
Conduct regular quality checks on collection calls and field activities.
Ensure agents follow company policies and collection guidelines.
Track recovery targets, productivity, and quality scores.
Identify performance gaps and provide coaching/training.
Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
Handle escalations and support the team in achieving recovery target
