Role & Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with international clients to understand their academic and corporate documentation needs.
Explain our consulting services, research methodologies, and project layouts clearly to prospective leads.
Manage client databases, follow up on leads, and track daily operational productivity.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure client requirements (like presentations, risk frameworks, etc.) are delivered accurately.
