PCEPhysioConnect is looking for a confident and result-oriented Student Counsellor & Sales Executive to handle student enquiries, counsel prospective students and convert leads into enrolled clients.

Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, calls and website
Understand student requirements and recommend the right course/service
Explain course details, fees and enrolment process
Follow up with interested students and convert leads into clients
Maintain lead records and update CRM
Coordinate with the academic/admin team when required
Work towards monthly enrolment and sales targets

Candidate Requirements
Robust communication and counselling skills
Confident on calls and WhatsApp
Positive English communication
Sales and follow-up oriented
Organised and comfortable working with targets
Experience in education counselling, EdTech, overseas education or inside sales is preferred

Physiotherapy or healthcare knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory. Training will be provided.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
