Key Responsibilities:
Handle volume hiring and white-collar recruitment for various client requirements.
Source candidates through job portals such as Appna, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen candidates based on experience, skills, salary expectations, and job requirements.
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to interview coordination and joining.
Maintain candidate trackers and ensure regular follow-up with candidates.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview schedules and selection updates.
Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.




Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and prioritize positions based on urgency.

Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Robust experience in volume hiring and white-collar recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Appna and other job portals.
Positive sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with targets and handle multiple requirements.
Positive knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management.

Preferred: Immediate joiners with staffing/consultancy experience.
