About the Role
Modura 360 is expanding its residential interiors franchise network across India.
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Regional Manager Franchise Development to identify and onboard franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential franchisee leads.
Develop franchise business in assigned cities/region.
Meet entrepreneurs, investors, architects, builders and interior professionals.
Present the Modura 360 franchise business prospect.
Conduct meetings, site visits and commercial discussions.
Convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.
Build relationships with franchisees and support their onboarding.
Maintain sales pipeline and weekly MIS reports.




Achieve monthly and annual franchise acquisition targets.

Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in franchise sales / business development / real estate / interiors / B2B sales.
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Excellent networking and negotiation ability.
Target-oriented with solid closing skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel.
Knowledge of the local business and real estate market will be an advantage.
