We are looking for a Senior Fashion Consultant to deliver an excellent customer experience, drive sales, provide personalized styling recommendations, and support day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, styles, and fits.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Drive sales conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV), upselling, and cross-selling.
Maintain solid knowledge of products, fabrics, fits, collections, and promotions.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Support visual merchandising and maintain the store as per brand standards.
Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations.
Guide and mentor Fashion Consultants to improve their sales and customer-handling skills.
Ensure product displays, stock availability, and store hygiene are maintained.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Follow company policies, processes, and grooming standards.
Eligibility & Requirements
Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant retail experience.
2–4 years of experience in fashion/apparel retail preferred.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of fashion, styling, and customer service.
Solid sales and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to work in a retail environment and rotational shifts.
