Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
TeleSales of Gemstones, RashiRatan, Online Pooja etc.
Build a solid relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer problems and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
Provide consultation & counselling to customer.
Convince the customer & drive the sales.
Handle both inbound/outbound calls.
Update Call Logs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be fluent in Hindi & basic of English Communication.
Valuable Convincing Skills.
Must be able to meet the sales target.
Past Sales Experience in Outbound Sales will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Perks and Advantages
Fixed Salary Rs 18,000 to Rs 22,000 per month + Sales Incentive upto Rs 50000 per month
