Store Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store and ensure smooth coordination with customers, staff, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall store operations and daily activities.
Handle customer complaints, queries, and order-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with clients regarding defective, incorrect, or problematic merchandise and arrange returns/replacements when required.
Communicate with suppliers and coordinate the return or exchange of goods.
Maintain proper records of sales, stock, returns, exchanges, and pending issues.
Ensure orders are processed and dispatched accurately and on time.
Supervise staff and delegate daily responsibilities.




Resolve operational issues independently and ensure problems are handled efficiently.
Maintain valuable relationships with clients and suppliers.
Take responsibility for ensuring the store runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements:
Previous experience in store management, retail, wholesale, or a similar role.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customers and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory and order management.
Ability to take ownership and manage responsibilities independently.
