We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers and give them Reminder on Calls and schedule meeting for the BDE Team .
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.
Introduce and explain the company’s products or services over the phone.
Create Lead Generation Account .
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp, Email).
