Ability to manage and lead all store operations end-to-end, including customer handling, orders, execution, and daily store activities.
Robust expertise in client handling — understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable outfits, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Ability to manage orders from consultation to final delivery, ensuring timelines and quality are maintained.
Robust eye for garment finishing, stitching quality, fitting, detailing, and overall presentation.
Should be capable of overseeing the production team/tailor master, assigning work, monitoring execution, and ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
Positive understanding of basic embroidery techniques and terminology to effectively communicate with and cater to different client requirements.
Proficient in English with strong verbal communication and client-facing skills
