Job Responsibilities
Perform assembly and production activities for EV battery and related components.
Follow work instructions, SOPs, and production schedules.
Assemble electrical and mechanical components as per specifications.
Check wiring, connectors, fasteners, and component fitment during assembly.
Perform basic inspection and testing of assembled products.
Identify production defects and report them to the supervisor or Quality team.
Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments safely.
Support troubleshooting and rework of defective assemblies.
Maintain proper documentation and production records.
Follow 5S, safety procedures, and quality standards at the workplace.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the production area.
