Job Title: Warehouse Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a computer-savvy Warehouse Operations Executive to handle daily billing, inventory tracking, front-desk customer coordination, and dispatch verification.

Key Responsibilities
Billing & ERP: Create POs, Sales Orders (SO), and preliminary/kaccha challans using Zoho Books and ERP software.
Dispatch & Stock Check: Perform physical verification of goods before dispatch and update real-time stock levels in the system.
Payment Verification: Confirm payment receipts (UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash) prior to order handover.
Front Desk: Assist walk-in customers with queries, billing, and order status.
Data & Excel Work: Perform basic stock reconciliation and record management using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas).

Requirements
Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills for data entry and stock matching.
Prior experience in warehouse documentation, billing, or stock management.
Robust attention to detail and valuable communication skills.

Work Details
Schedule: 6 days a week
Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
