Ensure cutlery, crockery, glasses, and other service items are clean and properly arranged.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when required.

Follow café SOPs, hygiene standards, and service procedures.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and arranging the service area.

Maintain a skilled appearance and follow the café's grooming standards.

Support the team with other operational duties when required.
